My new printer (DeskJet 2700) has printed a message telling me my wireless radio is switched off.

HP Recommended
DeskJet 2700 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have just been given a DeskJet 2700 printer. I am trying to set it up but it as printed a message telling me that the wireless radio is switched off! How can I fix this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

If the Wi-Fi Direct icon is off, press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Resume button ( ) together for three seconds to turn it on.

 

And use the HP Smart App to connect the Printer to your Windows 10 Computer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04675142
