My officejet pro 8620 will not connect to my wireless internet. After checking the configuration it shows MAC hardware address.

I dont have ANY apple products and dont know how it got changed. I tried resetting the netwrk but  the MAC info remains and I cant connect??? How do I remove the MAC info so i can reset to an ip address?

Hi,

A Mac Address is s physical network address of a device, it has nothing to do with a Mac computer from Apple.

Could you clarify your router brand and model, please? Just a guess - may you use Verizon FIOS by any chance?
