I understand your HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer might be experiencing issues related to the HP Instant Ink service. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the problem:
- Check Instant Ink Subscription: Ensure that your Instant Ink subscription is active and up to date. Sometimes, if there are issues with your subscription or payment, the printer may stop printing.
- Restart Printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from power for about a minute, and then plug it back in. Restart the printer and see if it resolves the issue.
- Check Connectivity: Ensure that your printer is connected to the internet. Some features, including Instant Ink, require an active internet connection.
- Check Cartridges: Make sure your printer cartridges are properly installed and not empty. Sometimes, issues with cartridge recognition can affect printing.
- Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes resolve connectivity and functionality issues. Update the firmware on an HP printer
