Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is connected wirelessly, but it won't connect to Web Services, which it needs to so I can enrol on Instant Ink. It just keeps saying unable to connect. Does anyone have any ideas please?

@Shelby5171, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I see that you're unable to connect the printer to web services, I'd suggest you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
