My printer is working fine, but HP Instant Ink thinks it is offline

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Instant Ink doesn't think my printer is online, when I am printing at home just fine.  I've had to install new ink cartridges not bought under Instant Ink as the first instant ink cartridges are taking so long to arrive, but it's working fine and everything on the printer app looks correct and recognises it online.


How do I get Instant Ink to recognise it is online?  Otherwise I'll just end up out of ink again
