I keep getting a check hpinstaink.com website and I downloaded the smarthp app on my new computer and the computer shows online.  It refuses to print because I have not updated my billing information because at this time I cannot.  So my question to you if because I cannot afford the hp smart app program microsoft is not allowing me to print? I find this a major and sad inconvenience as I am a school student and you at this point are detrimental to my education if you are charging me to use my own printer in my personal home.
