HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 and despite the fact that it is showing it is Online and ready it will not allow me to print from my Surface laptop 4 that runs Windows 11. I Have tried everything except plugging it directly into the printer (only because I don't have a USB to USB cord) please someone tell me how to fix this.

Hi @Kass_Meach_Wood,

I'd like to help!

To assist better -

  1. What is the exact error message you are receiving?
  2. Is the printer connected to a home or public network?
  3. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  4. I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?

 Keep me posted.
