Product: HP DeskJet 2723e All-in-One Printer

Have registered and downloaded the app  went through the app to troubleshoot the printing issue but still not resolved yet can’t print from my iPhone there’s no paper jam I’m connected to my network and wifi connection but can’t print nothing from  the websites that I need printing from  and when trying to print I’m asked to pick a printer and the printer that comes up is either the 2700 or my daughter’s printer tango one that she has can print out on either one and I have the hp desk jet 2723e need help with the issue!Lucia 71
