Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I need to be reminded of my PIN.  When seeking it I am instructed to supply my email, which I did, but it then also wants my PIN ! so I am going round in circles. How do I resolve this?

What PIN are you referring to? What are you trying to do with the Printer at the moment?
