Network Folder Setup stopped working

I have been using scan to folder for years and no problem.  I recently tried to access my Network Folder Setup via EWS but, I am unable to connect.  From the Scan tab I select Network Folder Setup and get the following warning which I have seen before;

However, now When I select OK I get the following error;

This site can’t provide a secure connection

192.168.1.12 uses an unsupported protocol.

ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

The client and server don't support a common SSL protocol version or cipher suite.

Printer is connected to router via wired ethernet cable.

Norton firewall is disabled

Windows firewall not utilized

I have  rebooted computer, router, modem and printer.

HP Officejet has the latest software update.

SMB 1.0 is enabled.

I have spent several hours reading support articles but with no success.  I would greatly appreaciate any advice you may have.

Update;

I am able to access the EWS via IP address but when I try to open the Network Folder Setup I get the following message;

I have recently changed my windows/Outlook password and need to access the Network Folder Setup to  update the same password access to my network folders.

When I select the Fax tab from EWS I get the following message;
