Hp deskjet 3720… 

I got new wifi and cannot connect my printer to it. I’m trying using HP smart app on iOS  and trying on my windows laptop and neither are successful, I’ve followed the instructions online and nothing is happening. I deleted and reinstalled the HP smart app and still nothing. Just keep repeating the same steps with no success please help!
