HP Recommended
Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620

Moved and got new wifi. The officejet pro 8620 wont let me connect to internet, change anything., or factory reset. All is locked and needs the admin username and password. I am the admin and dont have that info. I dont remember setting that up. I tried what i would have used to no avail. How do i fix this
