Printer 580 AIO S No. [edit] was purchased with assurance to get it installed same day on 04.11.2024 by your distributor M/s Comtek sector 7 Faridabad.

I regret to inform that no HP engineer visited for installation despite my regular followup with Distributor and HP company.
It a matter of poor after sale service.

If the vendor promised to install the printer, it is on them not HP to make that happen. I am curious what cost you paid for this install.
