Hi All,
I bought an HP HP DeskJet 4200e so that I could use my Chromebook Plus and MacBook Pro for scanning and printing. However I am sometimes unable to make my Printer connect, this has gone on for over two months, but work commitments have meant that it is only now that I can deal with the issue.
I tried everything and then yesterday the printer showed up. Then then today it was gone again VERY frustrating.
Like so many other users data Security is VERY important to me so I use a VPN (NordVPN) I have discovered by complete accident this morning that it is my VPN causing the connectivity issue.
Does anyone know if there is a setting I can adjust to stop me having to switch off my VPN when I want to scan or print documents.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer connectivity via VPN network.
Unfortunately, we do not have an settings if your printer is connected via VPN.
However, if you have any issues connecting the printer directly to a home network or if it is not working fine. I can help you with that.
