Not printing in color

Envy4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Cannot get my Envy 4500 to print in color. Printer is hardly used but I have problems every single time with this printer,  usually getting it to print via wireless. ***bleep***

@Melzabob, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand the printer is not printing in color. Let us try these steps:

 

Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

Check the ink levels, clean the ink cartridges up to 2 times, and print a quality page to check the result as shown in this document - Black Ink Not Printing and other Print Quality Issues
