Product: OJ 4650 Network
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp printer software can not set up wireless printing.  Scan Dr. can't find it either.

 

I reset printer to the router again to be sure and it is successful. 

 

But my pc can't find it or trying to install software or use scan dr.   Is there a problem with win 10.  I've never had a prob setting up printer before

 

I turned off ALL defense and anti  software-  did not work

 

How do I uspdate BIOS?  is it in Device Manager?.

Are you getting any error messages while connecting the printer to WiFi?

Is the printer and computer connected to the same WiFi connection?
