Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can not print.  Computer says printer is offline, yet the printer says it is online.  Have turned off and on the printer, router, computer and reconnected all to the network.  Have gone and reset printer network settings and reconnected to network.  Nothing seems to work.
