Hi, just a few days ago my office jet is not able to connect to my wifi. I have tried to turn both wifi and printer off and unplugged it and plugged them back in but it's still not connecting. I have also tried to reset to factory settings and manually entered in the wifi network, still not working. The light is continually blinking, I hope someone can help me troubleshoot this issue.
