OfficeJet Pro 6968 can not be restored to factory settings.

OfficeJet Pro 6968 can not be restored to factory settings. I am trying to set up my elderly's parents printer on his new computer and I can not seem to get into the retore to establish the wireless connection. Help?? How can i do a hard reset on this printer?

Try updating Firmware by selecting the current version of the OS. Click here
