I can't get internet connection on my printer to link to my instant ink account. I have a wireless connection and have restored to factory settings. The printout on my connection page shows I am connected to the internet, but on my HP Smart App says I am not and HP instant ink is disabled. How do I connect and enable my instant ink account?
