HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

We have a OfficeJet Pro 9025. The Wireless Menu Icon disappeared from touchscreen unexpectedly one day and never reappeared. The Wireless Setup Wizard is no longer a touchscreen menu option. Additionally, the wifi BLUE wireless indicator light on the front panel has NOT turned on since. The printer had worked fine for two years (100% wireless use) and now will not connect to Home Network. I have tried using the HP Smart APP on the iMac (using a wired connection) and I cannot repair. I tried the same from a Dell laptop with WIN10 OS (hardwired to the printer), still no luck.

The printer will print when hardwired to a computer, but will NOT scan even when hardwired. Any attempts to connect to the printer via Wifi Direct or general network wifi does not work.

Aside from buying another printer, what can I do to restore the Wireless Network menu in the touch screen set of menus and restore the home network connection?

We greatly appreciate any helpful advice.
