Hi @nggroth,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the display on your HP OfficeJet 200 Mobile Printer is not working, you can try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the printer to the power source and turn it on.

Check for Obstructions:

  • Make sure there are no obstructions or debris around the display area that might be causing the issue.

Perform a Reset:

  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds to perform a reset. This can sometimes resolve display issues.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure all cables and connections to the printer are secure.

Firmware Update:

  • Check if there is a firmware update available for your printer. You can do this by connecting the printer to a computer and using the HP Smart app or HP Printer Assistant.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
