Got an updated modem that my printer will not connect to. Have been advised to reset the printer to default/factory settings but do not know how to do that.

General help for new modem but try the reset stuff below
1 - Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer
2 - Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
3 - HP Smart help with printer connection.
Click here for network setup using HP Smart but in a different language
You may need to do a factory reset
