HP Officejet Pro 8610
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Recently my HP Officejet Pro 8610  stopped communicating with Instant Ink. I use an Amplifi HD router, and the printer no longer shows up on the device list of the router, though it used to. However, it's still connected to my Wireless LAN, and I can still print wirelessly.  But only after manually clearing a screen that reads: "! HP Instant Ink: Connect Printer to update HP Instant Ink Status." When I press OK, it prints. However, the queue is now easily backed up since the screen must be manually cleared and I and other users are often in other rooms of the house.

When I try to connect, I'm told Web Services are not enabled. After accepting the terms of use, the printer attempts to connect, and then reports "! No Internet Connection" and tells me to turn the printer off and on, check proxy server, or contact administrator. I've tried turning it off and on, I don't use a proxy server, and this is a home network.

I've tried a factory reset. I've reconnected to the network both manually and using WPS. The printer last synced with Instant Ink on Feb 1. I don't know of anything that changed before or after that date.

Any solutions or suggestions?
