Hi @Justfam235,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If the Wi-Fi buttons have disappeared from the menu screen of your HP Officejet Pro 9025 printer, there could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can follow to try and resolve the problem.

  • Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can help resolve minor software glitches. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a minute, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check Wireless Connection: Make sure that your printer is still connected to the Wi-Fi network. Navigate through the printer's menu to the wireless settings and verify if it's still connected to your network.
  • Update Firmware: Outdated firmware can sometimes cause issues with the printer's functionality. Visit the official HP support website, enter your printer's model number, and check if there are any firmware updates available. If there are, follow the instructions to update the firmware.
  • Factory Reset: If the issue persists, you might consider performing a factory reset on your printer. Keep in mind that this will reset all settings, including network configurations. Refer to your printer's manual or HP's official support resources for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
