I have a Officejet pro 7720 and I can't link it to my account for webservices. It tells me the printer is already linked to a different account.

 

This could be true as I used a different email address before, but I can't access this account anymore. How do I unlink the printer from the old account?

Restart web services on the printer

Click here to know how to turn off web services. Refer to this document to know how to turn it on.

 

Now, kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document - Set Up an HP Smart Website Account
