Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recent switched ISPs, and cannot get my printer to connect to my new network. I previously was using it plugged in to my old router, but the new one is in a different room so I have to use WiFi. However, using both WPS and the password, it won’t work. I’ve tried unplugging / resetting everything, several times, but it hasn’t fixed it. The error page that printed says the MAC filtering failed, but the router up is set to not filter, which I confirmed by looking at the settings myself and by calling the ISP for help. Other help pages have suggested it’s because the new routers are dual band. I really need my printer to work again, please help. Thanks!
