This may be the wrong board, since the issue is that the online dashboard says my printer is offline when it is not, but here goes: 

I want to check my page usage through the online dashboard at HPSmart.com, but the dashboard there says the printer is offline. Great, except the printer is online, on same network as the computer, I can print fine, and the HPSmart app on that computer says the printer is online, and communicates fine with the printer! But I can't get my page count on the webpage as long as HPSmart.com thinks the printer is offline. Help!.
