Hi...

I really need some help here.

I bought a new HP Laserjet MFP M182n. Initially after installing the driver and everything, works fine. Next day I started to have issues. When I print using Microsoft Word/Excel, nothing happened. But when I print from Adobe Reader or Adobe Illustrator, there are no issues.

After that, I notice that I can no longer access printer web server by visiting the IP address. But if I use ping service to check the IP address, there are respond.

I tried to remove the printer from the Device & Printers and then add back as new printer and install the driver LJM182-M185_UW_3_1_Full_WebPack_44.6.2710.exe but seems this didn't solve the issues.

Can anyone help me?
