Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

 

If your HP ENVY 6055e All-In-One printer was initially set up on someone else's HP account, you'll need to reset the printer to remove it from that account and set it up under your own. Here’s how you can do that.

 

Reset the Printer:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup or Settings.
  • Find and select Printer Maintenance or Tools.
  • Choose Restore Factory Defaults or Reset.

Remove the Printer from the Old Account:

  • Go to the HP Smart app on your smartphone or computer.
  • If the printer is still associated with the previous account.

Set Up the Printer with Your Account:

  • Open the HP Smart app and follow the setup instructions to add your printer.
  • Make sure you are logged into your HP account during this process.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your network and complete the setup.
