COMPUTER HAS NO BRAND
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY HP OFFICE JET PRO 8600 PLUS HAVE NO PROBLEM ON WIRELESS PRINT AND HP SMART. AFTER HURRICANE IDA DESTROYED THE INTERNET, I HAVE NO SERVICE FOR ABOUT A WEEK. INTERNET WAS FIXED. I TRIED TO PRINT MY EMAIL BILL.. IT DIDN'T WORKED. SO I HAVE TO REBOOT ALL THE ROUTER, MODEM AND CABLE. ALSO I REBOOT MY COMPUTER AND PRINTER. THEN IT WAS WORKING. IN FEW HOURS LATER INTERNET WENT DOWN AGAIN AND WAS OUT OF SERVICE FOR FOUR DAYS. AFTER THEY FIXED AGAIN. I TRIED TO PRINT WITH WIRELESS IN MY COMPUTER AND ANDRIOD PHONE WITH HP SMART AND BOTH  DIDN'T WORKED.  HOWEVER MY SMALL LAPTOP WITH WINDOW 10 AND APPLE IPAD ARE PRINTING  IN WIRELESS INTERNET. THIS IS A KIND OF STRANGE. ANY IDEA?   I NEED HELP.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Let's restore the network settings on the Printer: Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Restore Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the network defaults have been restored.

 

Once done, connect the printer to the Wi-Fi: .On the printer control panel, touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Wireless, touch Wireless Setup Wizard, and then touch OK. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
