WE use two printers, the other is a ColorJet Pro 400.

WE can access both regularly. on or sleeping, sometimes not.

Wireless connection is via the wireless router., the 400 is usually first to be seen, printed.

How can I fix the sometimes sleeping not reawakening problem?

I need to keep the wired connection for scan functions.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the printer is not waking from sleep.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you update the printer firmware following the steps in the below article and check whether the issue is resolved.
