Product: HP ENVY Photo 7120 All-in-One Printer

When I turn the printer on the wifi button does not turn on and the touchscreen is stuck loading the first frame with only one blue dot. I have tried turning it on and off, disconnecting the power and waiting, removing the ink cartridges NO RESPONSE. Totally frozen on the first screen with no way to proceed to any menu. I *need* the factory reset instructions!
