Product: HP Photosmart All-in-One printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I cannot print to my printer from my laptop - this is a recent problem having had no problems for 12 months. I have tried all the usual fixes and it is still not working.  No other computers in the house are affected. Printer Properties indicates that the printer is working OK. The message I keep getting when I run the troubleshooter is 'HP Photosmart C6100 series cannot be contacted on the network'.  When I run the HP Scan and Print Doctor the message is 'Failed to communicate with your selected product'.  Any suggestions gratefully received.
