My printer is not printing jobs which have been emailed to it.
When you select internet settings on the home screen it indicates it is connected to wifi ,network status is "ready" and signal strength is good but when you go into "printables" on the home screen it gives an error message to say it was not possible to connect to the server?
I have printed off without issue the HP Network Configuration Page from the internet settings screen and nothing indicates the device is not connected to wifi. This also proves there is no paper jam or ink issue etc.
All other devices in the house connected to the same wifi are working without issue.
I do not have the printer software installed on my laptop, I only use my printer as a wireless device - if I want to print something I email the printer.
I have had the usual confirmation email to say the job has been received by the printer but they are just not printing out?
