Hi @Jaye0347.

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sure! Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you set up your printer with your Wi-Fi network:

Step 1: Gather Your Information

  • Make sure you know your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.

Step 2: Prepare Your Printer

  1. Turn on the Printer: Make sure your printer is powered on.
  2. Access the Control Panel: Depending on your printer model, you might have a touchscreen or buttons to navigate.

Step 3: Connect to Wi-Fi

Go to Network Settings:

  • Look for a Setup, Settings, or Network option on the printer’s control panel.

Select Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • Choose the Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Setup option. This may vary by model.

Select Your Network:

  • From the list of available networks, select your Wi-Fi network (SSID).

Enter Wi-Fi Password:

  • When prompted, enter your Wi-Fi password using the printer’s keypad. Make sure to enter it exactly as it is (including case sensitivity).

Confirm Connection:

  • Once connected, the printer should display a confirmation message. You may also want to print a network configuration page to confirm the connection.

Step 4: Install Printer Software on Your Device

Download HP Smart App:

  • If you haven’t already, download the HP Smart app from the HP website or your device's app store.

Add Printer:

  • Open the app and follow the prompts to add your printer. It should detect the printer on your network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
