Hello!

 

I used to be able to print from my mobile phone (android) when I was not at home or connected to the same network. Now remote printing is no longer an option when I want to print. How do I get it working again? HP ENVY Photo 6234.

I understand that you are unable to use the print-from-anywhere option, I am glad to assist you.

  • Make sure you meet the requirements to use Print Anywhere. You must sign in to an HP account during the printer setup process to use HP Smart Advanced features, such as Print Anywhere.
