We are having issues with our new HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301. Several of us use this printer and the HP Smart app. Sometimes, when printing a document, email, etc, the job might have two pages, but the printer queue shows three pages. The job was completed, but it hangs in the printer queue. (They don't show up on the Windows printer queue.) Nothing happens if someone else attempts to print until we go to the printer, select "jobs" from the menu, and delete anything showing as printing. Then, the new jobs come through. This is a massive waste of time.
