My HP 2723 printer not accepting WIfi password.

buttons  colour copy, B&W copy buttons not working

not scanning, not printing.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP Deskjet 2723 all-in-one printer wherein it is not copying or printing.

Please follow the steps listed below to reset the unit.

1. With printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the power source.
3. Wait 60 seconds.
4. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.
NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
5. Turn the printer on.
