Product: HP Deskjet Plus 4100 series

I connected my printer to the printer wifi to set it up with my hpsmart app. Then I was instructed to connect to my personal wifi to finish setup with a few instructions so I can print from my hpsmart app, but for some reason it will not connect to my wifi. The signal is fine and I have tried to press the two buttons before connecting to my wifi but it still will not work. I need help.
