My printer has been connected to my wi-fi without problem for years. One day it lost the connection and now it is not able to detect that wi-fi. Of course the wi-fi is working properly because other devices like PC, phone, TV,... are connected to it. On the other hand the printer is able to detect several wi-fi signals in the building but not my signal (of course there is not a problem of distance). I have made reset of the router and go back to initial conditions for the printer. But everything have not solve the problem. Is it possible to make a "strong" hardware reset of the printer? I don't find anything about that in manuals. Please, some help!!! Thanks a lot.

I understand that you are getting Wireless connectivity issues on the printer and you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer.
