When I print a document, I get the error ink cartridge empty (but it's not) and nothing happens.
If i restart the pc (Windows 10) , it prints the document.
I get this only on my pc, with my Pixel phone I can print everything right away.
Both the printer and the pc are connected to the same wifi, and the printer has the latest firmware installed.

Hi @HenryBraciola,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
If ink is still present in the cartridge, touch the OK button to continue printing. If the cartridge is empty, replace the cartridge. At this point, this looks like a faulty cartridge. I suggest you contact HP Support for replacement cartridges
Keep me posted for further assistance.

The cartridge is an original refilled HP one and can print normally from my phone or my pc after I restart it.
If I select the OK button to continue printing, the printer does NOT print intil I restart the pc.

Hi @HenryBraciola,
Thanks for trying the steps. I see that it did not help.
As a last resort, let's try a semi-full reset and see if that works.
The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
