HP DeskJet 2742e
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP DeskJet 2742e that I bought a few months ago. It was working fine up until recently. Now, it shows on HP Smart that the printer is offline, yet it still prints wirelessly (through wifi, not Bluetooth). It won't scan or do anything else and my Instant Ink account is not registering when I need new ink cartridges nor is it updating the number of pages I've been printing.
I've called HP before about this and the support person had me do all kinds of things, but none of it made a difference. I've even uninstalled everything (printer, HP Smart, etc) and it still does the same thing. Resetting my wifi doesn't help nor does resetting the wifi connection on the printer.
