Product: OfficeJet 5258

I'm trying to hook up my HP 5258 wireless printer to my network.  While using the Wizard it finds my network but doesn't realize it is password protected.  Since the printer doesn't ask me for the password it is unable to connect to my network.  All my other devices have realized a password is needed and have connected without issue.

Refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for alternate connectivity methods.

 

If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
