Common problems for Connectivity Issues

Two days ago, the printer was working very well. Yesterday, the wireless connection was not working. I search for troubleshooting and I tried everything, HP Doctor, HP Smart, and the legend says as follows (screenshot).  So the problem is that the router cannot communicate with the printer or vice-versa. I used the passcode of my Wi-Fi connection, I edited the passphrase on the printer with the same Wi-Fi passcode. I did the Cold reset, etc. However, the legend is the same as the screenshot. The Embedded Web Server is not an available feature in HP Smart (because it cannot connect to the internet). On the other hand, when I connected with USB to the computer, I could print. There is NO wireless internet connection. I cannot set up anything, and the defaults seem not to change. I tried the WPS button, etc.

I cannot go connect or go inside the Embedded Web Server to change the passphrase or reset from there. The IP address is not working on the browser because it cannot identify the printer. I checked all the reports, and the computer is working fine, so I don't know if it is an internet issue that I need to contact AT&t? or if it is HP?

I would appreciate any directions on this matter.
