Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234sdwe Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have had trouble with this HP LaserJet M234sdwe since purchasing it. It either says "printer offline" or "printer cannot print -a problem has occurred, and you will be unable to print except for reports, until the issue is resolved." it tells me to login into my account for more information but there isn't anything listed or explained in my account. Please help.
