My printer only wants to print from the photo tray. I do not have wireless ability, it uses a USB cord to connect to the printer. It is very frustrating. Can anyone help?

To assist you better, which device are you printing from?

  • Are you using a Mac or a Win PC?
  • Which application are you trying to print from?
  • Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word, or Webpages and check if the issue persists?

 

Check the print settings on the app you are using to print.
