Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9012 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

The printer shows suddenly over and over again a blue screen. Support suggestions here, like turning off and on in specific order including socket, do NOT work. Nothing has changed in my configuration. Only thing that can have changed is HP software which automatically updates. Also the smart app does not work as before (vague messages like “printer does not support scanning”). All of a sudden. Really killing for my productivity. Don’t know what to do, except buying another brand new printer. I.e. HELP.
