Product: HP Officejet Pro 8024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Officejet is connected wirelessly. (but I have the same issue if connected by Ethernet cable)

 

It has developed this issue: it starts to print a document (printer makes all the whirring sounds etc) but doesn't print anything. The document shows up in the printer queue as spooling, then printing and then disappears from the queue.

I have another laptop which also connects to this printer that does not have the issue and prints without a problem.

I have done all the troubleshooting etc and it shows that nothing is wrong.
