HP Instant Ink on HP Envy 5030

Hi everyone. I have a problem with my Hp Instant Ink account. My printer, an Hp Envy 5030, can't login to Instant Ink from 19th November. I have a Whatsapp chat with an Hp and I do a printer hard reset. The result: the printer is struck on the Ink screen, I can't scan, I can't do anything. How can I do?
